An earthbongo project is the creation of someone like you.
It can be big or small, serious or playful. Get inspired, tap the drum, start a rhythm, and the results will come.

I'll admit it. I used to think the shower was a good place for long meditations on the meaning of life, or for practicing my repertoire of 90s boy bands (um, just kidding). Turns out I was wrong, and not just because my singing is off key.

This project is great to do with your kids to help get them thinking about their impact on the environment -- and to actually make a difference, too!
Did you know that the average student throws away about 67 pounds of waste per year from their lunches? For many kids, that's about how muc...

I order a cup of coffee everyday and some days it hits that I've thrown away a paper cup of coffee every day. This project is inspired by the thought that 5 cups of coffee a week and 52 weeks in a year adds up to too many coffee cups thrown away.
My goal is to use a reusable cup at ...

When I see plastic bags flying around in the wind I run out and get them so they don't cause pollution. Even when there not in my backyard and they are in the street or in a park.

Please join, and let's get some composting info together - all the how-to's and how-not-to-do's.

Growing up is never easy, and the news right now is full of some sad stories about young people ending their lives because they couldn't cope with how they were treated by their peers. If you seem to stick out from the crowd for some reason - size, color, economics, culture, sexual orientation...

I thought this was a pretty good article from the LA Times. It's from someone writing a column under the heading "Realist Idealist" and has their experiences as to what worked for them, and what did not, in their attempts at living more ecologically friendly.

But here's a project that I think can nudge me in the right direction ...
