My daughter gets up early. She needs that time to ease gently into the day.
Me, I'm not fond of dawn...unless I have stuff on my mind. This morning I woke up thinking about my first PTSA meeting as President! Gotta finish the agenda and make sure I have snacks. So I asked my daughter if she wanted to help bake cookies! She chose the type, I chose the recipe, and she told me what to do.
Audra said that she "liked getting something accomplished first thing in the morning! It wakes me up!"
